Happy Friday my sweet RAWRs! Tomorrow marks the beginning of February and that means only 14 days left until Valentine’s Day. Have you made any plans? Maybe an evening out with the Mister or a Girl’s Night In with your besties? We haven’t planned anything yet, but I’m sure glad it falls on a Friday. For some reason, holidays and special occasions during the weekdays just aren’t as fun.
My husband and I have never really been big gift-givers on V-day. Instead, we’re all about good company and yummy food. I remembered our very first Valentine’s Day together. It was a surprise candlelit dinner at his place and he cooked me a 5-course meal FROM SCRATCH. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I think somewhere between the 2nd and 5th glass of wine I fell in love with him. 🙂
I looked up some fun and sweet gifts I wouldn’t mind getting or giving to my friends for Valentine’s Day and the great thing – they’re ALL under $50! Just a sweet way to say “I’m thinking of you. I love you. And you mean the world to me.”
