Our meals have been so monotonous lately that I decided to change things up a little this week. Using some ingredients we already had in our pantry/frig, I whipped up this healthy meal that you can try for yourself. As stated below, I used an asian marinade, but the sauce ended up tasting like a Mexican dish more than anything and the hubby loved it 🙂

This looks so tasty! I love avocado and eat a ridiculous amount of it in the summer & I’m always looking for a new way to make chicken (since thats what we eat most nights!) so I’m looking forward to trying this recipe! XO, D
Girl, I cannot get enough of avocados lately!!! I put them on everything
