My workouts have been going pretty well and I am starting to LOVE plyometrics now that my legs are getting stronger. ๐ I will be heading to Vegas in 19 days (omg!) and I am excited to let my hair down and see the girls ๐ I haven’t had a chance to post any clips of my latest workouts, but hopefully I can get 1-2 up in my Instagram within the next week or so. I have to be honest – I feel incredibly awkward taking selfies or trying to record myself at the gym so I don’t even bring my phone most of the time. And, by the time I get home, all I want is a shower. ๐
Anywho, I wanted to share some of my favorite abs exercises with you today. These are the ones I am currently doing, although I try to incorporate some kind of ab exercise into the current exercise I am doing (i.e. walking lunge with a twist or the oh-so-fun mountain climber) to utilize my time better. I will complete each exercise 3 times for 15-20 rep each time (or 20 seconds on/10 seconds rest x 8 if I am doing a tabata workout).

I love the Russian Twists and the Straight Arm Sit Ups — both are part of my workout routine. I also like side planks, but do a further yoga version.
