This post is WAY overdue, but better late then never ๐ November 1st marked Day 30 in my Fall Fitness 30-Day Challenge and below are my results. This quest to get back into shape was so much more difficult than I anticipated! With less time to workout and an ever-changing daily schedule, I felt like trying to maintain some sort of balance and consistency was the real challenge. There were honestly some days when I would just go for a long walk with Marli (when I SHOULD have completed some HIIT drills to burn more fat).
This time around, I found it challenging to go to the gym since Marli was with me 24/7 so I referred to Melissa Bender for some workouts. Can I tell you how much I LOVE HER?!?!?! I found her a while back when I was considering doing an NPC Competition and she is LEGIT. She’s got ALL kinds of workouts for all different levels and she is really fantastic…AND she has videos of her workouts as well. Have a lovely day dolls!

I can TOTALLY see a difference, girl! Especially in the belly which is, in my opinion, the most difficult to see results! You are super woman!!
