Happy Happy HUMP Day! Hope you guys are having a rockin’ week! I’ve been receiving a lot of emails and questions lately about what I eat for the week so I thought I’d document some of it for you. Like I said before, Toko and I usually cook our meals on Sunday for the entire week (thru Thursday) and we’ll eat out on the weekends, which is nice. I try to pick healthier options when dining out, but have the occasional slip up. Here’s a glimpse of my weekly healthy meals. Enjoy loves!
Do you have a go-to dish when you need a healthy quick and easy meal? What about desserts? I can’t wait to show you how to make these black bean brownies. So yummy! Thanks for reading RAWRs! You guys make my day ๐

YUM! Are you going to post recipes to some of these dishes??? ๐
Linh says
Absolutely! Just give me some time. I have a good salmon recipe but didn’t post a picture…basically because I devoured it once the dish was done cooking. Ha!

Love a good homecooked meal. I need to start planning my meals ahead of time. Thanks for the inspiration!

Ah such a balanced and heathy diet, everything looks tasty yet is healthy. Really there is no excuse for someone to be over weight if they do not want to be.

It’s all about portion control. We love eating healthy during the weekdays so there’s more wiggle room to indulge on the weekends ๐

I hear ya. I just try to eat 50% of my meal as veggies and the other 30% is protein and 20% is carbs.
