Last Friday, Gordmans launched an exclusive partnership with ThredUP and I got an insider’s look into all the goodies from one of their pop-up shops in Rosenberg, TX. Shopping the collection was so much fun and I came home with a ton of items! See my Instagram highlights for the proof!
What I loved about the Gordmans x ThredUP pop-up shop was that everything was nicely laid out by brand, color, and/or style so it took the stress out of having to hunt for what I wanted. I was also really impressed with the prices, quality of each piece, and all the name brands I found. Some of them included J. Crew, Zara, LOFT, H&M, Ann Taylor, Athleta, Lululemon, Banana Republic, Madewell, Express, and so much more!
If you aren’t familiar with ThredUP, they are the leading marketplace to buy and sell like-new apparel for women and children. Items are marked up to 90% off the estimated retail price and until now, you could only purchase items online. With their new partnership with Gordmans, customers are now able to visit any of the 10 participating Gordmans stores to shop in person. For me, that’s such a huge win because I personally like seeing the item in person, feeling the fabric, and trying it on before I make my purchase.
Leifsdotter Top: ThredUP / Zara Jacket: ThredUP
This darling floral top from Leifsdotter was originally $179, but I got it for $28! I know summer is technically over, but there was no way I was going to pass up this deal. I can’t wait to style it when the weather warms up. I’m thinking a pair of white skinny jeans or cropped pants would pull this look together. To give this outfit a more fall vibe, I layered on this killer military jacket I also purchased from the pop-up shop. Can I tell you how excited I am about this jacket?? I have been looking for one like this for the longest time! This one is from Zara and I snagged it for only $30 (originally $100). Get used to seeing this on heavy repeat because I love my jackets for Fall and Winter.
If you’re a bargain hunter like me or love finding hidden gems at secondhand shops at amazing prices, these pop-up shops are well worth the visit. I can’t wait to check back in a couple weeks to see what else I can find. Be sure to visit their website to find the nearest Gordmans x ThredUP pop-up shop near you. And if you get something, I would love to know! Thanks for reading, loves!
