I’m not sure how I just discovered this delicious breakfast option, but overnight oats has changed my life forever. For real. This recipe is so easy to prepare the night before and the topping possibilities are endless! The secret to getting a smooth taste and rich texture is using the right yogurt and milk. I’ve found that using the Silk® Unsweetened Almondmilk is a good choice for overnight oats. If you’re looking for a hint of vanilla, Silk has a dairy-free option that’s so delish!

Smoothies are the perfect breakfast option when you’re running out the door and don’t have a lot of time to spare. This strawberry banana smoothie is simple, but it’s one of those recipes you know the entire family will love. In fact, my girls ask for it at least twice a week and I don’t mind making it one bit. With just a few ingredients to create, this is the perfect breakfast to make in less than 10 minutes.

If you know me, you know I cannot live without coffee. I have to have at least 1 cup a day or else I’m beside myself. After spending a fortune on store-bought coffee, I decided it was time to make my own. This vanilla iced latte is so delicious and made just the way I like it—creamy, rich, and dairy free thanks to Silk’s Dairy-Free Vanilla Soy Creamer. To save on time, I make a huge batch of the cold-brew coffee to last me for a few days and simply puree in the creamer and syrup before I leave in the morning.
SILK® VANILLA ICED LATTE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cold-brew coffee
- 3/4 cup Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Soy Creamer
- 2-3 tsp vanilla syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill glass with cold-brew coffee, then add ice.
- Add vanilla syrup until you reach desired sweetness.
- Pour in creamer. Mix well. Enjoy!
I’d love to hear if you have any easy breakfast recipes your family enjoys. Leave them in the comments! Extra brownie points if they take less than 10 minutes to make!

I personally don’t like the flavor of almond milk but I do love the taste of coconut so we like to use the Silk Coconut milk. We use it in our smoothies or coffee. I’m sure I can sub the almond milk of these recipes for the coconut milk. Cause these look easy and delicious.
